Card Access Administrator/Customer Service Support

We are looking for a person to provide customer service and support and to provide access control administration services. The position involves working with clients and using card access software to program access control systems. Waterford Security is a fast growing leader in electronic security systems. We are a 100% New Zealand owned business with a stable and loyal staff. Access control system administration is a big and growing part of our business.

The key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Communicating with customers and providing customer support
  • Receive and process requests for card access changes
  • Adding or deleting users
  • Modifying access levels and time zones
  • Providing reports on events and activity
  • Carrying out card audits on client access control systems 

Requirements:

  • Have or be eligible to apply for a Certificate of Approval to work in the security industry issued from the Ministry of Justice.
  • Full drivers licence

The ideal candidate will have experience in programming access cards or working with card access systems. On the job training will be provided.
